Donation Policy

1. Donations will be obtained in a wholesome manner, without putting pressure on the donors. All donations are gifts made voluntarily to Burned Angels, a 501(c)(3) charity.

2. We do not provide refunds for donations to Burned Angels Foundation.

3. Donors receive a tax receipt from PayPal Giving Fund at the time of the donation.

4. Burned Angels is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and contributions made to the organization are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Written tax receipts shall be issued for all donations. If the donor receives anything in exchange for their donation, such as an event admission, the tax receipt shall clearly state what portion of the donation is tax deductible.

 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about programs and activities related to this charity.
